Coast to Coast Mattress wants your bedding purchase to be as painless as possible. If you need to cancel your order for any reason, you may do so within 24 hours with no penalty. However, after 24 hours, Coast to Coast Mattress reserves the right to assess a 20% restocking fee and any freight charges incurred that were otherwise included with the purchase price.
All bedding sold by Coast to Coast Mattress is warranted by the individual manufacturer listed on the product label. Any problem/defect in your mattress set will be handled via this warranty and is not returnable. Consult the original manufacturer’s warranty card that comes attached to your bedding upon arrival. It often includes valuable information about the proper care and maintenance, ensuring the longest life possible for your mattress set! Coast to Coast will assist you in any warranty concern you may have, but keep in mind it is the manufacturer who warranties your bedding, not Coast to Coast Mattress.
If you feel your bedding arrived to you in a damaged condition, please make note of the damage on the delivery ticket upon its arrival. Then, call us at 1-888-94-COAST (1-888-942-6278) so we may make arrangements for a quick-and-easy exchange.
All sales on Clearance or “As-Is” merchandise are final. There are no returns or exchanges, unless shipping-related damage has been noted at time of delivery.
Coast to Coast Mattress adheres to a strict policy of not reselling, or reusing previously used/returned merchandise, therefore, we have a no refunds policy in effect on all delivered merchandise.
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We do not accept layaway orders.
With regard to Special Orders and/or Custom Size Requests: Refunds may only be issued for custom size requests and/or special orders that are cancelled with the manufacturer or supplier of the merchandise.
Refunds will only be issued to the same/original card on which the purchase was initially made.
