Free Delivery

At Coast to Coast Mattress, we don't charge for standard delivery. You do, however, have the option to upgrade your standard delivery service to include more a personalized setup and removal experience. Upgrading is easy, and extremely affordable. Simply select the delivery option of your choice during checkout. Your mattress order will be delivered and unloaded for you, right outside your home. You will need to be available to accept and sign for your order. You may also choose to have your order delivered to your front door, inside your building entrance, or even within your home, set up in the room of your choice! This is available for all deliveries of mattresses and beds for a small fee.

In the most basic of terms, our delivery options are as follows:

Free Delivery: curbside delivery

Premium Delivery ($49.00): to your door delivery

White Glove Delivery ($99.00): in-home delivery

In-stock merchandise for deliveries going to Maryland, Virginia, Washington, DC, and many areas within Delaware, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, and West Virginia are available for free, next-day delivery! These deliveries will receive a call the morning of delivery to provide a delivery window for later that same day.

Delivery for most orders outside of the aforementioned Mid-Atlantic region will take approximately 1 week. Mattress sets in-stock will ship out within 24-hours. Beds and mattresses that must be ordered and received from our manufacturers will take an additional 3-5 days before they shipped. Your delivery driver will call within 2-4 days to make delivery arrangements after your order has shipped from our distribution center. Once the merchandise has shipped (left our warehouse/terminal), no cancellations or refunds will be granted, excluding merchandise damaged on delivery.

Coast to Coast Mattress delivers anywhere in the contiguous 48 states. If you're road-accessible, we'll deliver. We also offer standard delivery to Alaska and Hawaii (for an additional fee). If you're interested in delivery to either of these states, just call in your order to 1-888-94-COAST (1-888-942-6278) and our sales team will add this service to your order.

Coast to Coast Mattress can also accommodate weekend and late night delivery options for an additional fee. To select one of these special times, simply call for pricing and availability.
