When you buy mattresses at Coast to Coast Mattress, we offer a range of delivery options that are sure to fit every customer’s needs.
In the most basic of terms, our delivery options are as follows:
Free Delivery: curbside delivery
Premium Delivery ($49.00): to the door (For example, the front door of your apt building or house) Per Set
White Glove Delivery ($99.00): in-home delivery, Per Set
We offer a wide range of delivery services with our trusted freight partners. Select from free delivery or, ask for a very affordable personal approach, where the delivery driver(s) will deliver your bedding to the room of your choice and set it up accordingly. Most deliveries are made within a few business days of purchase!
Coast to Coast Mattress does not ship mattress sets internationally, however we will arrange shipment internationally - if you have a US-based freight forwarder already in place, and will provide us the necessary information.

Delivery Policies and Conditions
Failure to be home on the delivery day scheduled will result in a re-delivery charge. Your delivery driver(s) will specify an estimated period during which they will arrive to complete a scheduled delivery, but there may be no guaranteed time stops available. You may be obligated to be home the entire date of delivery, and there must be a responsible person home during the delivery. Any and all requests of the delivery driver(s) must be made during the delivery, not after they have left the premises.
Once the merchandise has shipped (left our warehouse/terminal), no cancellations or refunds will be granted, excluding merchandise damaged on delivery.
The driver(s) will not return to your home because the person home to receive the delivery was unaware of the purchaser’s or homeowner’s requests. (i.e. the neighbor who lets the driver(s) in to complete the delivery indicates the wrong bedroom for merchandise to be set up in.)
The driver(s) will not remove old bed frames, headboards, or any other furniture. Optionally, They will only remove old mattresses and foundations, if this has been dictated in the chosen delivery service at time of purchase, by you, the customer. To add this optional removal service you must contact us to see if this service is available in your area, fees vary with location.
